Abstract:

Musculin, a new transcription suppressor of basic helix-loop-helix structure, is not only involved in the generation, tissue development and differentiation of mammalian skeletal muscle, but also regulates the differentiation and function of T lymphocytes, B lymphocytes and innate lymphoid cells, indicating that this factor has a certain relationship with immune cells and may be used as a key regulatory factor for immune cells involved in immune diseases. Therefore, this paper summarized the recent research progress of Musculin in regulating immunocytes.
